You can now set a baseline for your daily goal as a percentage of your total calculated water intake. For most people, 20% of your water intake comes from solid foods where logging water intake can be difficult. If you haven't been able to reach your daily goal you can try setting it at 80% or 60% or lower if needed and then adjusting the goal % as you make progress.
Here's how to change the daily goal baseline if you need to:
1. Open the H2O-Pal app.
2. Open the menu on the left and tap on "Settings".
3. Scroll down to "DAILY GOAL BASELINE" and change the setting to your desired percent amount (default is 80%).
